Contract for the Supply of Products or Services
The display of goods on the site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Amersham Dec unless, and until, an email is sent by Amersham Dec to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Amersham Dec of your offer to buy goods or services from Amersham Dec and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Amersham Dec are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Mixed colours & colour matching:
All colours tinted are carried out on our professional calibrated tint machines, that have been programmed by your chosen paint brand.
Shipping Policy
Nationwide Delivery (excluding Northern Ireland)
For next day delivery our cut off is 2pm Monday to Friday to ensure we can prepare your order for our courier.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
If you want to upgrade your delivery please contact our sales team. Additional charges will be applied.
Carriage is charged at a standard rate of £8.99 and Free for orders over £80.00.
We aim for every delivery to be next day following our chosen courier’s service. on occasions this maybe up to 72 hours. If your parcel is ever delayed please contact our sales team for assistance.
Product Returns
Refund / Cancellation Policy
For Damaged & incorrect Orders:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Call either 01494 432885 or orders@amershamdec.co.uk
Please leave wrong items in original packaging and await our instruction.
Faulty Goods:
All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds:
All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging, within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning goods at their own cost.
Please ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to us. Also, please insert a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining that you would like a refund.
Tinted paint to all colours is non-refundable & non-returnable.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our premises.
Order Cancellation:
Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order.
However, once goods have been despatched it may not be possible for us to stop them from being delivered. It therefore becomes the customer’s responsibility to return them to us undamaged.

Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). Product packaging and material may
contain more and/or different information from the website, including the product description and other information. Always read labels, warnings, and directions and other information provided with the product before using a product. All measurements are approximate. Colours may vary.
Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a product, the user is solely responsible for evaluating the product and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user’s method of application.
